Chapter 227 House-Elf Freemasonry
Chapter 227 House-Elf Freemasonry
Avro stood up straight and looked directly into Moody's terrifying demonic eye.
In that battle, the person who tortured Neville's parents was the man in front of us - Crouch Jr.
Moody came out of his immersion in enjoyment, looked at Aphrodite coldly, and temporarily let the poor tortured spider go.
"Then please Miss Campbell, tell me the last spell."
The classroom was so quiet that even the sound of breathing could be heard. Moody's wand was still pointing at the spider that couldn't even get up, waiting for Aphrodite to give an answer.
Whether she said it or not, the spider would have only one ending.
"The last one is the Killing Curse, Professor." Afro stared into his eyes and gave the answer.
Moody looked at her coldly and repeated in a hoarse voice, "The killing curse - Avada Kedavra!"
A green light flashed across his eyes, and the spider that had been slightly alive just now completely died.
He kept looking at Avro, as if the spell was cast on her.
"This is a killing curse. No one can break it except one person." Moody looked away first, turned around and returned to the blackboard.
The rotating magic eye locked onto Harry who was sitting in the crowd. Everyone present knew who he was talking about, and they looked at Ron's deskmate, Harry, without hiding their gaze.
In the following classes, no one dared to do anything small. They were all busy recording the three unforgivable spells.
The bell rang and Neville silently packed up his things and left the classroom.
At the end of the corridor, Afro found Neville standing alone in front of the stained glass, staring at the mermaid on the glass in a daze with tears in his eyes.
"Neville?" Afro walked towards him and patted him on the back.
Neville glanced back at her, his face showing fear, sadness and confusion.
"Although I cannot empathize with you, I am still willing to lend you my shoulder."
Avro opened his arms to him. Neville hesitated for a moment, but finally chose to embrace the yearning in his heart.
She hugged Neville gently, and soothed his back with her right hand. "Those unspeakable feelings belong only to time. The sun will still rise from the clouds tomorrow, and the kindness and gentleness in the world will always be there."
Neville listened to her words without any response, but he put a little force on the hand on her back to shorten the distance between them again.
"Longbottom!" Moody's voice came from the top of the spiral staircase, and Neville let go of Aphrodite with a red face.
A few seconds later, Moody walked up to them, "Longbottom, I heard you're good at Herbology, right? Come, let me show you something."
Neville felt Moody's big hand on his shoulder, and without any hesitation, he and Moody walked up the spiral staircase back to the classroom.
Afro followed the crowd back to the lounge. Ron and Harry, who had returned earlier, were reading a book called "Seeing the Future Through the Mist". She walked over and saw the words written on their parchment. Even the King of Hell would have to call them fellow travelers!
There were only a few lines on the parchment, but they actually listed many different ways of dying. It was simply a book of life and death!
"You guys are exaggerating!"
Harry grimaced, closed the book, and wrote on the paper that he was about to be stabbed in the back, while responding to her, "This is the only way to get Professor Trelawney to give me an O!"
Afro sat aside and watched the two people's stories become more and more exaggerated. The tragedy was almost as tragic as "Hamlet".
"The prophecy that you lost the fight was written on Wednesday."
Harry listened to her and painted it over, replacing it with the one that he was burned in. Ron saw that the prophecy he wrote was changed, saying that he lost money in a bet.
After watching them weave for another ten minutes, Hermione came in with a piece of parchment.
“I did it!” she said.
Hermione put her things on an empty chair and checked their homework with Aphrodite.
"You've had a very unlucky month."
"Yes." Afro pointed to one of the prophecies, "You seem to have drowned twice?"
After hearing this, Ron immediately lowered his head and began to check, "Really? Then I'll change it to being killed by a winged beast."
Afro turned his head away speechlessly, not intending to read what they wrote anymore. "What did you take?"
She looked at the things on the chair and asked Hermione confusedly.
"open to take a look."
Afro took the parchment and opened it, revealing a long plan and rules to help the house-elves gain benefits.
"Didn't we say to plan slowly?"
Hermione took the parchment with care and said, "Yes, so we need to set up an organization first. This is what the Muggle government does. This is the organization's rules."
"Got a name?" Harry asked.
Hermione looked at Afro beside her, waiting for her to speak.
Afro pointed at himself hesitantly, and after getting Hermione's affirmation, he thought for a while and came up with a perfect name -
"Why not just call it the House-Elf Freemasonry!"
