Taking Kan to fill Li, water and fire in harmony, we return to the innate state and combine it with the innate Bagua, so that Kan is in the west and Li is in the east.
The internal alchemy method emphasizes the cultivation of both body and mind. This time, apart from the dirty water cave, everything was carried out in the Niwan Palace.
The purpose is to refine the yin impurities into pure yang, which is the cultivation of one's nature.
