Chapter 134 Different Achievements
Chapter 134 Different Achievements
After the AllSpark left Cybertron, many things changed.
But the most conspicuous is the judicial center.
The migration announcement was released, and both Ironforge and Crystal City received full copies simultaneously.
The main archives of the judicial center, the city arbitration center, the department responsible for drafting and revising regulations, the college's asylum agreement enforcement office, and the department responsible for reviewing non-combat unit protection guidelines will be relocated from Ironforge to Crystal City.
All legal records remain valid during the relocation process.
The judicial system is neither under the control of the Autobots nor the Decepticons.
The judicial center rests solely with Cybertron and the Chief Justice.
Many machines read it on public channels.
Some remained silent, some were angry, some breathed a sigh of relief, and some stared at the words, still not understanding their true meaning.
The judicial center has always been in Iron Fortress, and many institutions have assumed that it is also part of Iron Fortress.
In fact, ever since the vector took over, the judicial center has been gradually separated from the old parliament, the power of the Iron Fortress, the interests of various cities, and the military and political system.
It sets out regulations, handles arbitrations, reviews agreements, and upholds norms for college sanctuary, medical neutrality, urban disputes, labor protections, and non-combat unit protection.
It's both annoying and dazzling; most city management officials start to get a headache as soon as they hear about judicial central review.
-
BICk0 stood in front of the main archives of the Iron Fortress Judicial Center, checking the relocation list one last time.
The comprehensive legal database, the Chief Judge's authority archives, city arbitration case files, the original college neutrality agreement, independent energy audit materials for medical access, and traces of revisions to the Labor Protection Act.
There are also many things that I personally annotated in the index vectors.
Some annotations are formal, while others are completely unlike the kind of text that would appear in judicial archives.
For example, next to a certain overtime compensation policy, there is a very small note:
This is so vague, who are you trying to exploit? Rewrite it. =(
BICk0 stared at the words for a long time. A young judicial staff member next to him asked in a low voice, "Do all of these need to be moved over?"
"all."
"Do we need temporary annotations too?"
BICk0 put the file into the encrypted file box: "Also."
She paused, then said decisively, "This is the history of the judicial center."
Outside the main archives, the first guard team is assembling.
Many of them were formerly legal officers, file escorts, procedural reviewers, city liaisons, and even a few were lecturers who were originally responsible for legal education courses at the college.
Their weapon configurations varied, but each machine had a new insignia on its arm armor—the Judicial Central Guard.
That small scale sign tells the machine that they exist to protect the process, to protect the files, the evidence, the witnesses, the courts, and everything she left behind.
Ultra Magnus dispatched an Autobot escort team until the Justice Center convoy left the outer perimeter of Ironforge.
Optimus Prime did not come in person; he was caught up in another meeting, bogged down by battle lines, resources, the long-distance voyage plan, and countless pieces of bad news.
But he sent a confirmation to BICk0.
[Automotive industry insiders acknowledge the shift of the judicial center to neutrality.]
Protect migration routes and do not interfere with migration decisions.
BICk0 reviewed it, then archived it, classifying it under "Wartime Neutrality Recognition Records".
As the vector once said, all verbal promises must be documented. Promises that are not documented usually become worthless when they are most needed.
BICk0 criticized the chief judge as a rogue workaholic, but she also knew that the vector had seen too much of the stuff too early.
-
The mobile archive of the judicial center slowly entered along the neutral passage, and the Crystal City management sent a representative to receive the authorization, with both parties verifying each item one by one.
[Main archive access complete.]
[The city arbitration center has been successfully connected.]
[The departments responsible for formulating and revising regulations have completed their integration.]
[Neutral agreement enforcement team integration complete.]
[Temporary deployment permit for the Judicial Central Guard Unit has been approved.]
BICk0 stood in front of the main console, watching the system icon change from the gray Iron Fortress icon to the blue Crystal City icon.
The Crystal City representative stated calmly, "The judicial center will have independent work areas, independent archives, energy supply, and neutrality agreement protection."
BICk0 nodded: "The judicial center will not provide Crystal City with offensive military assistance."
"Crystal City knows."
"It will not become a political endorsement of Crystal City."
"Crystal City knows this too."
BICk0 paused for a moment, then whispered, "The judicial center belongs to Cybertron."
It is also her legacy.
The representative paused for a moment, then nodded: "Recorded."
-
During the same Cyclone Week that the judicial center relocated, the Decepticon Tracker squadron arrived at the Agreement Line below Crystal City.
They stopped in the airspace outside Crystal City, wings folded, and weapon systems deactivated to within the limits permitted by the agreement.
The team was led by one of Red Spider's key personnel, along with a technical team dispatched by Shockwave.
They submitted their application.
[Request to enter the lower geological structure survey area of Crystal City.]
[Objective: Confirm the remaining state of the old geosynchronous energy bridge site.]
[Restrictions and Commitments: No heavy weaponry, no entry into the medical tower, no contact with the judicial center, and no interference with Crystal City's core research area.]
It took Crystal City a full three Cybertronian periods to respond.
And so the Decepticon team waited quietly.
Crystal City ultimately agreed to a limited partnership.
The terms were written on seven pages, including not only the terms proposed by the Decepticons, but also pollution risks and data synchronization, among others.
The Decepticon technical team remained silent for a long time after watching it.
One of the trackers whispered, "Has this city written 'don't trust us' into an agreement?"
The Crystal City representative calmly replied, "Yes."
Shockwave remotely accessed the channel, his tone flat: "Conditions accepted."
So the Decepticon forces entered the lower levels of Crystal City.
The site of the Earth Synchronization Energy Bridge lies buried beneath the Crystal City, its structure deep within ruins and many areas long since sealed off. It once connected ancient interstellar passages, but was later dismantled and buried during numerous energy accidents and city reconstructions, leaving only calibration data and remnants of energy refraction.
Shockwave believes that if a geosynchronous energy bridge that has been subjected to high-level energy refraction for a long time can be found for the energy-eroding body in the Ironclad Dragon space station, it may be possible to reconstruct the contamination path or the source of the residue.
The Crystal City science representative stood aside, his tone indifferent: "Crystal City's agreement to the investigation does not equate to its agreement to manufacture."
The Decepticon technician glanced at her.
She continued, "No contaminated samples may be activated inside Crystal City."
In the remote channel, Shockwave replied: "Known."
"We will keep records of whether you comply."
"Reasonable."
Crystal City representative: ...She hates negotiating with Shockwave; it's really like arguing with a cold wall.
-
Meanwhile, the Autobots' shipbuilding project has officially entered the project approval stage.
The evacuation and repatriation plan for the Long Voyage-class aircraft carriers has been filed as one of the highest priorities.
This project was not made public immediately, after all, even internally, not every automotive person could understand it.
Fighting continues in Tagan Heights, Divine Grace City has been fortified by the Decepticons into a command post, and many cities in the east are under the shadow of control.
The AllSpark left Cybertron, and at this time they still had to allocate resources such as materials, engineering teams, long-range computing cores, and ship structure to build a ship that might not be able to truly set sail for many Cybertronian years.
Optimus Prime stood in the underground engineering hall of Iron Fortress, looking at the initial hull frame projected onto the screen.
Very rough. Long axis structure, long-range energy module, multi-level hibernation zone, medical module, reserved module for new spark stabilization module, spark source tracking system, deep space navigation array.
The police car kept adjusting the data, and Tong Tianxiao, who was checking the resource allocation next to him, had been frowning for a long time.
The ambulance driver's expression improved slightly when he saw the reserved area for the medical ward.
"If the medical pod is to carry long-term wounded patients and new spark stabilization modules, it cannot be reduced to this extent."
The police car didn't look up: "The ship's resources are limited."
"Then we'll compress the weapons area."
Pangong whispered from the side, "This ship needs to have weapons, right?"
The ambulance driver glanced at him coldly: "You'll need a medical pod just as much when you're lying on the medical table."
"Shut up, you cannon fodder." Jazz leaned to one side, resting his chin on his hand as he looked at the blueprints: "This will put even more pressure on the front lines."
Tongtianxiao said, "We know."
Optimus Prime remained silent.
He knew that every piece of material sent to the shipyard could have repaired a section of the defense.
Each engineering team employed by a remote navigation system could have been used to repair a damaged city.
Each of the technical machines used for star map calculations could have re-established communication links.
But if they don't build it, they will lose their source of fire forever.
Master Titanium stood on the other side of the projection, his voice gentle, the marks of time becoming increasingly evident on his faceplate.
"If the spark is sent into the sea of stars, then there must be an organization to find it."
"This ship will be a source of hope."
Optimus Prime stood there, unmoved, and finally asked softly, "Name?"
Master Titanium gazed at the starry sky and uttered the name that had long been recorded in the covenant.
"ark."
The name was entered into the archives.
[Long-range class pursuit ship project: Ark.]
-
Not long after, Master Titanium took the smoke screen to Crystal City.
This little guard of the Iron Fortress Archives has a clean and bright white outer armor, with red and blue lines extending along the edge of the body, and the shoulder and back structure makes it look young and upright.
He stood next to the titanium master, his back straightening as much as possible.
As he glanced furtively towards the Crystal City Medical Tower for the third time, Master Titanium asked gently, "Nervous?"
Smokescreen immediately shook his head: "No."
Pause: "A little."
Master Titanium laughed out loud.
The smoky optical lenses gleamed: "Can I really see her?"
"Can."
"I've looked at a lot of documents." Smokescreen spoke quickly. "The Academy's asylum agreement, the city's arbitration procedures, the regulations for the protection of non-combat units, and the relocation of the judicial center—I know a lot of these were left behind by her."
"Will she really be there?"
Master Titanium looked at the neutral passage that was slowly opening ahead.
"She's always been there."
I didn't quite understand what Yanmu was saying.
Deep within the Crystal City medical tower, the door to the hibernation chamber slowly opened.
The vector was lying in the hibernation pod.
Smokescreen was speechless for a moment, instinctively keeping all sounds to a minimum.
Master Titanium walked to the hibernation pod and paused for a moment.
His movements were a little slower than before.
Unaware of the smoke, he was looking at the vector, the optical mirror shining like a lake-blue light bulb.
"She really did so many things."
Master Titanium said, "Yes."
Smokescreen asked softly, "When she wakes up, will she think we've made a mess of things?"
Master Titanium thought for a moment and said, "Yes."
Yan Mu paused, then Master Tai said with a smile, "But she won't only blame you."
"What will she do?"
Master Titanium looked at the directional vector as if he had already foreseen the future.
"She will fix up the parts that can be patched up first."
After a long silence, the smokescreen suddenly asked earnestly:
"Will I be able to be like her someday?"
Master Titanium turned his head to look at him. He was looking up at a name, wondering if he could one day become that kind of person.
Master Titanium raised his hand and gently patted the head of the smoke screen.
You will not become her.
The smoke screen froze.
Master Titanium squinted through his optical glasses.
"You will achieve different things."
"You all will."
The smoke screen stared at him, bewildered, but Master Titanium did not offer any further explanation.
Some things need time to be said.
Master Titanium withdrew his hand and slowly walked out.
He knew he wouldn't live to see her wake up, and he was actually a little disappointed; he still had so much he wanted to say to her.
But it doesn't matter, they are still destined to be together.
Master Titanium whispered one last time:
"You've already left a lot for them."
I couldn't hear clearly through the smoke, but I saw Master Tai standing there, his expression gentle and quiet, like an old man about to hand over the kerosene lamp to the next generation.
Three years passed in the blink of an eye. Deep within the Crystal City Medical Tower, the waveform of the guiding vector's fire suddenly rose an inch and then fell back down.
In that pale golden light, she was still searching for her way home.
