Chapter 1077: Joy’s Birthday Banquet

After staying with his wife at The Xavier Family’s home for two days, Adrian Lancaster felt gratified seeing Faye reuniting with her parents, as the child seemed so close to her grandparents.

Nathan Xavier and Adrian Lancaster had a lot of conversations, mostly about company strategy issues, as the two exceptional men exchanged advice.

Two days later, he returned to Argent with Faye, and began sending out invitations for their child’s first birthday party to close friends, not by phone but arranging personal meetings.

This clearly showed Adrian Lancaster’s dedication to his daughter.

Sending out invitations in advance had an advantage: it allowed everyone to arrange their schedules reasonably in their hectic lives.

Adrian Lancaster also devoted himself to planning and preparing for the first birthday party.

He had recently been contemplating the details, feeling that birthday merriment and the ceremonial aspect of life should both be present.

The elegant champagne color contrasted beautifully with pink, Joy’s favorite, so the scenario was visually stunning, and he couldn’t wait to show it to his wife.

"It’s kind of healing with a strong sense of atmosphere, it’s pretty good." Faye was very pleased upon seeing the effect diagram.

Receiving his wife’s approval, Adrian Lancaster made a decision, "That’s settled then; we’ll set it up a day in advance. I checked the weather forecast, and it happens to be a sunny day."

"Alright, sounds good. Let me know if you need any help."

As everyone was looking forward to it, time seemed to pass quickly, and Joy’s first birthday party approached.

All the elders who cared for, loved, and adored her eagerly anticipated this day, and each had prepared a gift for her.

Adrian Lancaster and Faye had also prepared a birthday gift for their daughter.

The pink dress to be worn at the first birthday party was something Faye spent four days in the study designing properly, selecting fabric, and then sewing by hand.

When the finished product emerged, Mrs. Rhodes was there watching with a smile on her face, "It’s so beautiful; your craftsmanship is wonderful."

Faye felt a deep sense of accomplishment.

Mrs. Rhodes took the dress, washed it with water, and hung it out in the sun. The soft fabric with its hazy mesh patchwork design, along with Joy’s favorite pink color, was simply stunning.

Sweet in temperament, the leggings were ready too, and there were matching pink shoes.

While hanging the clothes, Mrs. Rhodes couldn’t help but envy, "Miss Joy is really fortunate; she won’t have to worry about matching clothes with anyone else, everything is custom-made, limited edition."

The tassel elements added a touch of whimsical charm, while the elegantly gold-edged sleeves exuded a fashionable aura.

In the blink of an eye, the child’s birthday arrived.

In the morning, the sun was bright, and rows of luxury cars filled the parking area of The Lockwood Villa as guests arrived one after another.

Adrian Lancaster and Faye, wearing matching outfits, greeted the elders and friends at the entrance, with the photographers’ team arriving early.

Due to the child’s birthday, it brought the couple even closer together.

All the guests were dressed elegantly, bringing special gifts and abundant blessings, creating a truly lively atmosphere.
